All the talk about global nuclear disarmament but isn’t the debate a bit old fashioned? Future warfare surely isn’t about how big or devastating your bomb is - it’s not about taking out buildings and infrastructure - it’s more about advanced and targeted viruses; taking out people based on DNA and location.

Maybe my view is too simple, but I wonder, in a game of survival, do the “rules of engagement” really apply?
